(Bottled) Almost green. Pale maltiness with a lime-sourish touch. Flavor is dryish and tart with some acidity and herby hops - even more than average bitterness. Danny’s beers are quite strange and sour, but in an equally strange way I like them. At least they feel hand-made. 4555

#1260 bruges festival 2012; nose is decent cloves, pilsner malt, lemon, then little barnyard, feel is watery, carb is heavy, taste is decent sour lemon, little yeast, cloves, some late weak soap

5/II/2012 33cl bottle @ Brugs Bierfestival - BB: n/a (2012-105)

Pretty cloudy yellow beer, creamy big white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: fruity, peaches, bit sour, bretta touch, bit cheesy. MF: good carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity start, yeasty character, bitter dairy touch, hay, grapefruit. Aftertaste: bitter, grapefruit, some spices.

Bottle @ home. Hazy pale yellow color, thick white head. Smell sour, musty, cellar. Taste malts, some sourness and something weird. Don’t like it.

Parket (544) - Bruges, BELGIUM - MAR 3, 2011
bottle, golden colour with nice foamy white head. Smell: just awesome! fruity, citrus, coriander, grassy. Taste: a bit disillusionment, not what you expect after that great smell. Some ’Orval-alike’ taste, but not that good balanced, fruity, yeasty, sharp hoppy. The beer needs to be tuned up and can become a great one. Refreshing when it is served cold. Go go brewery Danny!

rand (820) - SWITZERLAND - DEC 2, 2010
Bottle 33 cl from Willems in Grobbendonk (B). Pale blonde on dregs, medium white foam and animated sparkling. Malt aromas, lemon, yeast and pharmaceutical notes. The taste is bitter sweet, with citrus. The toffy is present without dominating, the hints of herbs bring nuances acrid sour and medicinal. Just bearable.

skortila (4160) - Baarn, NETHERLANDS - NOV 26, 2010
Bottle @ UDRM. The aroma has toilet refresher. Hazy, yellow coloured beer with a white head. The taste is a bit sour, has some malt, citrus. Quite ugly.

Bottled @ Dutch "the Good, the Bad & the Ugly" tasting. Hazy yellowish color, medium head. Aroma of urinoir, toilet, soap. Dry taste. I dont know Danny, it might actually be a very nice guy, but please stop brewing!

Unofficial Dutch RB Meeting. Yellow colored brew. Sweetness and fruits. Metallic and chemical.

Bottle @ home. Fowl hops, some cardboard and a metallic touch. Flavour is the same and unfortunately the flavour lingers on for quite a bit. Bad stuff.

meerbier (914) - Pijnacker, NETHERLANDS - NOV 6, 2010
Bottle@UDRBM. Don’t whether it are the hops but now and then I find this chemical/medicinal aroma and flavour in a beer and I don’t like it. Very dry mouth feel.
