From bottle, 33 cl. @ BAB festival, 14.11.09. Brown color, beige head. Aroma caramel, roasted malts. Medium body. Taste roasted malts, medicinal, caramel, bit coffee, dry. Not good.

Bottle 330ml.

Clear medium to dark brown red colour with a average to large, frothy, good to excellent lacing, mostly to fully lasting, light beige head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, chocolate, limestone / chalk, dusty, moderate to light light heavy yeasty, candy, dark fruit. Initial flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter, finish flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, dusty, brown sugar, dusty malt, light chocolate - cacao, light roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120316]

Flöska. Red-brown colour, small beige ehad. Pleasant sweet caramel dark malty chocolate and dark fruity aroma. Good mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet with dark malts and caramel along with dark fruit and spices. Bit sourish in the finish.

Bottle @ Ulfborg Session, Mid March 2012. Pours dark ruby brown with a creamy head and lacings. Nose is malty - Dark fruit , cookies and spices. Flavor is dusty. Vague liquorice, paper and spices. Medium bodied. Finished dry and bitter.

Bottle. Deep red/brown with medium beige head. Aroma is malt, caramel, yeast and a little dried fruits. Flavour is malt, medium sweet, yeast, dried fruits, dusty, caramel, hop, little toffee, sugar and a little bitter.

Ulfborg Scooper Smagning 2012. Ruby to copper colour with a small tan head. Toffee and caramel aroma with strong yeasty notes some phenolic and a hint of acetone. Sweet caramel and yeast flavour with a hint of chocolate and a nice roasted aftertaste

Bottle... It pours clear dark reddish whit a medium tan fluffy head... the aroma is caramel, bret and spices.. the flavor is caramel, bret, alcohol and spices..... thin body .....

Bottle shared by KingCecil. Pours dark reddish brown with a medium tan head. The aroma is light roasted, chocolate, yeast and some dark fruit. The flavour is light bretty with notes of toasted caramel, roasted malt, chocolate and dark fruits.

Bottle @ home. Cloudy murky red-brown color, small beige to light brown head. Smell malts, dried and overripe fruits. Taste malts, grapes, plums, some bitter, some roastyness. Medium carbonation, medium body.

33cl bottle. Cuivrée trouble, col épais ocre qui diminue assez vite pour laisser un doigt de mousse. Arôme est agréable oscillant entre un bouquet aigre fruité léger et un malt grillé. Rappelle aussi le massepain. En bouche, bière très agréable à déguster. Profile malté grillé/caramel avec une pointe de torréfié. Le tout garde une présence fine d’aigreur de fruits noirs; cerise, cela se mélange bien avec un houblon qui rajoute une amertume modérée et fait que tout reste bien balancé. Sur la fin, je note une note douce, presque de vanille ou guimauve.
