Clear medium to dark brown red colour with a average to large, frothy, good to excellent lacing, mostly to fully lasting, light beige head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, chocolate, limestone / chalk, dusty, moderate to light light heavy yeasty, candy, dark fruit. Initial flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter, finish flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, dusty, brown sugar, dusty malt, light chocolate - cacao, light roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120316]

Flöska. Red-brown colour, small beige ehad. Pleasant sweet caramel dark malty chocolate and dark fruity aroma. Good mouthfeel. Flavour is sweet with dark malts and caramel along with dark fruit and spices. Bit sourish in the finish.

Flavor is dusty. Vague liquorice, paper and spices. Medium bodied. Finished dry and bitter.

Cuivrée trouble, col épais ocre qui diminue assez vite pour laisser un doigt de mousse.
Arôme est agréable oscillant entre un bouquet aigre fruité léger et un malt grillé. Rappelle aussi le massepain.
En bouche, bière très agréable à déguster. Profile malté grillé/caramel avec une pointe de torréfié. Le tout garde une présence fine d’aigreur de fruits noirs; cerise, cela se mélange bien avec un houblon qui rajoute une amertume modérée et fait que tout reste bien balancé. Sur la fin, je note une note douce, presque de vanille ou guimauve.
