3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Tapped. Medium average nose with classic lezak’s set of notes, nothing extraordinary. Ideally transparrent clear body with the light yellow color and relativelly rich foam. Moderately flavoured hoppy and a bit bitter body. Refreshingly lively carbonized body with semithick texture. Very drinkable, can be a beer of the week in a good company.

(PET-bottle, 150cl) Hazy, golden colour with a blond and short foamy head. Delicately grainy and juicy malty aroma with herbal and slightly grassy hoppy spots. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a rather tame carbonation. Juicy and slightly bready malt-character with shy hints of butter, accompanied by a fine hops profile; medium-dry sweet and mildly bitter hoppy finish. Likeable. 05.IX.13

Bottle(purchased at the pivovar): Golden, clear, small lasting white head, moderate grainy-grassy nose, backed by sweet pale malt; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied, but a solid malty basd is still detectable; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, quite soft; moderate spicy Saazy finish, balanced by the expected amount of sweet pale malt. Needs some improvement, but already an archetypal Bohemian Pilsener…
