Apr 1, 2007 Draught @ Ølbaren. Orange coloured. Unclear. Dense off white head. Fruity and buttery aroma. Fruits, caramel and berries in the flavour. Is quite boring and bland. Vatery mouthfeel. Is buttery and light bitter in the end. The most uninteresting beer from Læsø IMO. Still wellmade, but maybe a bit over the top.

Mar 31, 2007 Party fass. Nice beige head that mostly lasted. Cloudy orange-amber color. Aroma was fruit, coriander, caramel, spicy, cloves and hints of hops. Light to medium bodied. Flavor was light bitter with some sweet notes.
