SirSlarty (68), Reading, Pennsylvania, USA Jan 4, 2007 Very bitter but I cannot refuse this kind of beer. Most people really dislike the "ugly" hops aroma, taste, etc. Very hard to pallete. The color is lovely to look at but I’m biased but tried to make my rating fair.
dwaggs2 (93), Warrensburg, Missouri, USA Sep 3, 2008 Bottle. Pours a clear yellow color with no head. Aroma is skunky with notes of corn, pine and grass. This beer has lots of carbonation and is balanced nicely. Taste is a little hoppy and very smooth. An ok beer, nothing to special. JuStuka (143), , Mexico Sep 1, 2008 Golden color, aroma a little grassy and citric, flavour is a bit sweet and fruity, good beer. kappldav123 (997), Markkleeberg, Germany Sep 1, 2008 The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Fine aroma. Tastes fine spicy, good use of hops, malty notes make a well balanced finish. Good beer! Grovlam (3086), Copenhagen, Denmark Aug 31, 2008 Löwenbrau Draught in Tunisia. Small fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Clear sparkling body with a yellow color. Aroma of grassy, mild malty. Over the palate came hint of fruit, grain and light dusty hoppy notes. Light bodied with an average carbonation and mild dry texture. Light bitter and sweet flavor in balance. Light dry and grassy bitter finish. esox (103), Oulu, Finland Aug 29, 2008 Canned. Very pale golden beer. Rapidly vanishing white head. Aroma has some fruitness of lemon, slightly aromatic hops and some sharp spiciness. Finishes quite papery. Flavor is sweetish malty with lightly bitter and drier finish. Palate is quite light and a bit watery. Carbonation is sharp but not fizzy.
