Apr 7, 2008 Clear amber with tiny white head. Sweet fruity aroma with yeasty and caramel notes. Sweet caramel flavor with toasted malt. Somewhat watery and unwanted metallic notes.

Pours a fairly clear copper-brown with a small creamy off-white head. Okay lacing, but it disappears quickly. Aroma is fruity tart, honey and thick, wet, caramel. Low carbonation and rather thin. Flavour is fruity tart, lactic acid appears as well as a fat, chewy caramel taste.

Apr 1, 2008 50 cL bottle and from tap at the brewpub Autumn 2006. Pours almost clear and golden orange with a lacing white head. Honey and malty aroma. Flavour is strangely off with a light lactic acidity. Breadish malt flavour. Light dry and malty finish.
