Cloudy, huge, sparse bubbles. No head. Looks dull. Aroma: Smells like grass and hay, faintly. No hints of anything else. Palate: Watery, oily, fizzier than it appears to be. Taste: medium bitterness, medium sweetness, much more sour than expected. About the only notability of this beer is that it is kind of sour, which is neat. Otherwise it’s just another ale.

Sampled @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2010. Golden body with a small off-white head. Quite unusually fruity aroma, don’t know if it’s something wrong or maybe some kind of spices. Not really bad, but not nice either. Flavor is light malty, fruity and quite sweet, not much bitter. There might be something wrong here, but it’s not totally bad either. Let’s call it interesting.

Bottle at KØ-2010. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma is fruit, berries, malt. Flavour is fruit, malt, berries, flower. Medium body. A little bit boring beer.

Bottle at KØ-10. It’s a clear, golden beer with a minimal-sized off-white head. Fruity nose with pale malts, boring but decent. The flavor is pretty much the same, with a little lemony touch. Thin on the palate, finishing with a short, fruity flavor. Definitely not the beer you call your friends to talk about, but it’s easy drinkable and not flawed. 100507

clear dark ornage, bubbly but no head at all. aroma reminds me of a biere de garde, grassy, hay, herbal. flavor is caramelly, spicy bitter, syrupy sweet , faint grassy, faint hay. flavor also reminds me of a biere de garde. palate is pretty thin.

Bottled at Copenhagen Beer Festival. Cloudy strawcolour, minimal head. Cardboard aroma. Sweet and fruity with mediu mbody. Cardboard is what prevails. Obviously Schoune is not in favour of independance...

From the Bottle at TAP 1, Copenhagen 08/05/2010 Malt aroma. Bronze coloured a little hazy in appearance and sweet on the palate. A hint of dryness in the finish.

Bottled@CPH BeerFest2010. Hazy deep grayish golden colour, not much head. Aroma is raisins, very sweet malts, nectar and some mild wood. Flavour is quite much the same. Sweet raisins, plum and mild nectary and wooden notes in the finish.
