Blonde paille sans col. Aromes fruites sur le raisin sec, la peche, une touche de pain. Un peu mince mais son taux d’alcool rehausse le tout. Pas si mal...

Dogbrick (8681) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - DEC 5, 2011
Bottle from a small shop in Strasbourg. The beer pours a clear yellow color with a medium white head that recedes steadily to a film. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of yeast and citrus. Medium body with flavors of zesty citrus, yeast and malt. The finish is lightly spiced yeast with a sweet aftertaste. Decent overall.
