Clear reddish brown colour, beige head. Aroma of liquorice, caramel, honey, honingdrop. Sweet, light bitter flavour. Sticky finish, liquorice and caramel.
Imho the best one tasted of the Alsacienne four seasons series.

jaghana (3926) - Strasbourg (France), FRANCE - JUL 4, 2011
Bottle 75cl @Galleries gourmandes Strasbourg. A drak beer with a nice huge brownish head that remains properly and good lacing. Nose is spicy and yeast like. A very sweet creamy beer with a spicy body on cinnamon, cloves, dry grapes, apricot, licorice, dark candy sugar, toasted malt. Typical fruity belgian yeast, even if the beer is very dark, malt dark notes are low, a bit too sweet.

slightly hazy dark brown colour, foamy and persistent beige head, aroma of prune, ginger, cinnamon and marzipan, solid malt body, very sweet, moderate bitterness and with a long very spicy finish - smells like christmas
