Bottled. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is earth, sourness, some mild notes of eartgh. Flavour is quite much the same along with quite sourish wooden notes. Strange thing.

A Mes rate: bottle at the ever brilliant Chris O’s Pre GBBF Extravaganza.
My god, this was so bad. My initital smell conjoured up unwanted thoughts of old jism. Sadly with that in my head I really couldn’t shift it. Sorry guys, I was nearly ill.

Bottle @ pre-GBBF shindig, August 2009. Murky orange colour. Sweet and orangey. Maybe some spices. Slightly dull mouthfeel. Easy drinking and easy going without generating too much interest. The most difficult thing about this beer was finding it in the database (I hadn’t noted down the brewery) - no idea what’s going on with the name with all those full stops.

Small white head, with some lace; clear foxy-orange colour. Mustard seed, or real (green) Dijon mustard, pickles, Thai herbs. Special! And not bad, neither. Same, slightly fiery, very spicy mustard taste (like tarragon mustard). Touch of caramel. Good balance, all the same. Sourish ending, like lemon on celeri. Not very well-bodied, spritzy. Very original taste - which makes me doubt seriously this would be another St. Monon ambrée clone . What the Dickens did Jacob add to this one?

From bottle at Delirium Café, Brussels. Hazy deep golden, small head. Fruity aroma with notes of peach and chewing-gum. Tastes quite sweet and fruity with some slightly astringent bitterness. I have tasted better beers from this brewery.
