Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, malt, hops and notes of nuts. Nice and smooth.

UPDATED: MAY 21, 2012 500 ml box shared at Beer session XIX in Tromsø 220312. Golden brown body with large white head that soon dissolves. Strong and quite pleasant aroma of earth, wet wood, dry malts and coffee, though with some alcoholic interference. Flavour akin to aroma, but not as full nor as rich. Soft, slightly watered and pulpy palate, but somehow in this beer this is not as negative. Overall quite interesting.

Clear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, caramel, malt extract, light hoppy, grass, sweet ?? Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120128]

Clear copper of color with a small white head. An aroma of sweets, caramel, bread and weak bisquit. A flavor of caramel, citrus, bread and hops.

Bottle. Clear amber with small white head. Aroma is malt, caramel and fruit. Flavour is malt, caramel, medium sweet, hops and a little bitter.

Bottle @ Too many Geuze’s - only one toilet , Ulfborg 2012. Pours dark golden amber with a small head. Sweet nose and flavor. Bread and a bit of caramel, grain and syrup. Medium to thin body.

Can (thanks CueSheet). Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is sweet malts and some mild floral notes. Flavour is quite much the same. A bit sweet, but nice. Actually not that bad.

Slightly sweet and sour malt aroma with caramel notes. Typical Latvian beer smell! Malt flavor with a slightly sour caramel tone. One plus + for clearer malt flavoring in this than in Lacplesis Gaisais Alus! Otherwise, a boring beer!
