COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
La 3 Loups Triple, est une bière titrant à 8.5°v., conditionnée en bouteille de 50 cl. Sa robe au couleur de feu soutient une mousse généreuse, son nez revèle le fruit rouge et les champs fleuris, , les houblons Pacific Gem et Saaz lui confère à la fois une amertume fine et une belle tenue en bouche Comme ses consoeurs, elle est refermentée en bouteille, sa lie de levure, peut être partagée avec parcimonie entre les amateurs . Ses levures bien servies, dégagent des saveurs uniques que seuls, les amateurs avertis sauront reconnaître.

Bottle at One Pint Pub, Helsinki.
Bit of a raw nose, a lot of bananas, alcohol, wheat and tropical esters. Alcohol is difficult to ignore in smell and on the tongue and down the gullet. Soft carbonation but the malt has a sharp edge to it. Becomes more phenolic and dirty as it opens - more chemicals and banana-scented cleaning products, ruining the tropical juiciness.

Bottled@HBF2013. Hazy yellow colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, caramelly and toffeeish with some nice citrusy notes. Flavour is very similar with a bunch of gluelike alcoholic notes stinging through. Not good flavour at all.

A lovely expressive aroma, tons of esters, but a nice grainy base too. Super drinkable, no alcohol at all. Full grainy body, some fruity esters again, and a little huskiness. Nicely attenuated. Do like the soft grains in the finish - lovely.

(Bottle, 0.5 l, at HBF2013) The beer poured golden and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had honey and Belgian style yeast. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, honey, Belgian style yeast, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was yeasty and bitter. Not a bad tripel.

Pours yellowish with a foamy head. Aroma of fruity hops, spices, yeast and farmyard. Taste is sweetish, fruity and malty with some fruity and spicy notes. Finish is fruity and spicy with hints of malts. Decent, quite balanced tripel.
