[bottle] Slightly fruity aroma, a bit sour. Pours a pinkish gold color. Acidic flavors, some wheat and lemon. Not really all that fruity, some sour berries come through in the end. Nothing too outstanding.

Pours a nice amber, but with a bubbly head and lots of carbonation. Faint blackberry notes in the aroma. Between a sort of cooked veggie aspect, and the carbonation dancing on my tongue, I can’t make out anything desirable in the flavor. Glad I only have one.

GregClow (3187) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 17, 2006
Bottle shared with HogTownHarry & blankboy - courtesy of HogTownHarry. Slightly hazy golden-amber with a small white head. Aroma of stale wet grain with a faint fruitiness. Light body. Mild flavour - REALLY mild - with faint berry notes. Based on the aroma, I expected it to taste like ass, but instead it tastes like - nothing.

Bottle shared with HogTownHarry and GregClow -- courtesy of HogTownHarry. Pours a hazy orange-amber with an average size lasting white head. Mild aroma of wheat with a hint of berry and that "Quebec beer" sourness that so many of their beers seem to share. Flavour’s like carbonated water with a hint of what’s in the aroma -- doesn’t taste bad but it’s not much of a beer. Light bodied. Pretty boring stuff, I guess it would be O.K. if you were in the mood for lightly flavoured carbonated water.

Bottle (500ml). With blankboy and GregClow, my bottle. Cloudy amber with a large fluffy-creamy white head. Faint aroma of slightly vegetal malt, mild generic berry fruit and papery dry/stale floral hops - gets that tell-tale "Québec" sourness on warming. Thin taste - papery dry hops, soapy and sour generic fruity-sweet malt - no linger or finish at all, it’s gone in a flash off the tongue leaving a hint of sourness behind. Incredibly watery body but at least a lively mouthfeel - it’s not bad, really, but it’s mostly just nothing at all.
