Tap. May 2004 at Barberie. Red brown ale with off-white head. Vanilla fudge and brown sugar aroma. Very sweet contribution of molasses without much hops. Medium bodied. Not well balanced, needs more hops.

(Bottle) Mondial de la Bière 2004. Thin, almond head with a deep orange body. Caramel and balanced hops... yet awful flavour.

Dark red, brownish hue, creamy head. Sweet, hoppy aroma, some malted nose. Medium to light body, drinkable and simple.

Dark brown with a beige heat. Slightly sweet molasses aroma is not as prominent as I expected. Sweet, with not as much maltiness as I anticipated. Bit of bitterness in the finish. Mondiale 2T (Me). Yummy Mummy siting #4 - WOW!

18th beer of the 2004 Montreal Mondiale. Dark brown. Suprisingly, I found that there was not enough emphasis on the melasses notes, the aroma is pretty much not there, but the flavour was just lacking substance. Forgettable.
