Part of a sampler tray at the brewery. Extremelyfoamy. Low/medium carbonation. My least favourite fo the tray.

Draught sample at the Mondial. Clear light gold with a supple, rather long-lasting white head and a bit of lacing...malty, lightly yeasty-sweet nose is pretty inexpressive...soft citrus fruit, a fair bit of herbal hoppiness and some rustic honey in the body...not uninteresting but not really well-developed summation of the component characteristics.

Sweaty, earthy, light citrus-lemon, banana and floral character to the aroma. Clear, golden colour is topped by a dense, fine-bubbled, white head that recedes to cover with some lace and nice, fine carbonation. Light bitterness to the herbal, grassy hop flavour with some grainy, husky, malt flavours. Medium-light body with moderate carbonation that is gently effervescent on the tongue. Sampled at Mondial de la Bière 2005.

On draught at Mondial, 6/3/2005. Shiny brilliant gold-orange or highly dehydrated urine, take your pick. Mildly hazy, with a white head that recedes to ring, no lacing. Smells lightly of bananas and pale malt. Very light bodied. Bitter, dry, floral and nutty hops on the start and end, coming off somewhat metallic. Transitions in to a grainy pale malt in the middle, still bitter, but never any substantial malt. Low carbonation, but yet the carbonation there is highly peppery. Bad (IMHO).
