on tap at brewery. clear dark golden with a decent off-white, some retention and lacing. blend of three vinous and vinous-like products. lightly but present vinous and tropical nelson sauvin, soda-pop, lightly acidic fruits, not quite tart, white grapes. prickly, almost disturbing carbonation, light body - oily, spicy, lightly acidic finish, hint of sweetness, lightly boozy. (i guess when you know it) you can actually taste the three different components and there is a decent balance (sugar, acidity, bitterness) in this liquid, but it just doesn’t seduce me. nice effort but... meh.
