Flavor is alcoholic, yeast, sweet, some citrus notes are present, and with an aftertaste that permeates mouth and nose of a good sweet and alcoholic sensation. Carbonation is medium. Body is medium to high.

Pale hazy yellow with a firm, smallish, frothy white head. Aroma has doughy malts, estery, yeast, oanges, zesty apple. Light vinious. High carbonation, fairly creamy and light dry mouthfeel. Flavour has wheat sweetness, doughy malts, light citric. Mildly warming. Simple, yet fresh and drinkable.

Bouteille 33 cl du Grain d’Orge - Neuchâte (CH). Blonde à mousse blanche et pétillement moyen. Nez de malt, blé, fruit, levure be et houblon. La bouche est douce-amère, maltée, fruitée, pas trop sucrée avec un tantinet d’amertume. Crémeuse, bel équilibre des saveurs, amertume-acidité, nette tendance abbaye triple.
