UPDATED: NOV 19, 2012 Aroma of barnyard, yeast and citrus. Flavour is almost like a mixture of a lambic and a weiwsbeer; really sour. Don’t know what I think about it.

UPDATED: APR 30, 2008 ambrata buona schiuma abbondante piuttosto fine persistente note caramellate fruttate piccola speziatura da lievito in bocca fruttato leggera tostatura caramello una nota astringente ed un finale leggermente amaro agrumato
