Courtesy of MDS, thanks a lot Mike! Dark brown pour with a really active thick mocha fizz. Roasty and malty in ther nose, brown sugar too. Molasses and sugars in the mouth, with some roasted nuts and malt. Very fizzy, the carbonation is tingling my mouth and throat. Unique use of carbonation. Very interesting, and lots of flavour and depth considering the seeming low ABV. Thanks for lettimg me try this rarity Mike!

0.33L. many thanks Natalie and Roei, small creamy stable head, deep brown colour with lots of red hues, flavour of barnyard and coffee with some vanila and spice, flavour of coffee, hay, with some dark chocolate and metalic hints in the back, long sour aftertaste with some fudgy sweetness creeping in. Feels a tad light but still very good.

bottle. deep brownish-ruby with a small fizzy tanned head. the aroma consists of some roast, nuts, along with grapes and cherries. a fairly sharp carbonation in the body. sourness up front with notes of plums and grapes. fairly interesting though it’s not sensational.

UPDATED: JAN 5, 2004 Dark brown beer with huge brownish head. First comes an aroma of roasted malt (coffee) and yeast, pleasantly fruity, whith some whiffs of caramel. Than comes that rich taste of roasted malt (coffee) and yeast with an agreeable sour sensation. And then, as a conclusion, comes that nice bitterness. A very nice beer to discover if you have the chance to get a grab on it.
