Small off-white head over metallic darker-golden beer. Spicy, with a totally unexpected Brett-like streak, citric, vaguely lactic, but dusty at the same time, cray. Jumble of flavours: dusty, roasted, Brett-like (if no longer sourish at all) and arachide/fatty acids. Warming up, some relief arrives in some dusty, but obviously hoppy notes. Really annoying dusty feel, going over in ultra-dry, and CO²-spritziness. God, what a mishmash. Br. de Bouillon claim they never make labelbeers, despite their unending series of like-like beers. I do believe them - as I’m starting to suspect they haven’t the foggiest clue as to what is going to come out of their tanks this time...
