From 33 cl bottle. Pour is clear amber golden with solid head. Nose is citrus with a note of peach jam. Very fruity. Grains and herbs. Taste is the same with a stingy, almost spicy, long lasting hop bitterness. Sharp transition from the upfront fruitiness to the finishing intense bitterness. Interesting beer with a particular taste!

Golden to oker body with stable creamy head. Odd aroma with biscuit malts, mushroom (yes, mushroom), humous, cashew... Taste is equally odd, but different. Light sweetness of dried fruit but quite bitter too. Herbal and quite dry. Interesting experiment but it’s bit exactly something I like to drink often. (33cl bottle from La Cave à Bulles)

330ml bottle. Courtesy of Tri Martolod. Some pine, grassy and citrus aromas. Pours hazy pale gold, with frothy white head, persistent, good lacing. Medium body, average carbonation, crispy texture. Taste is citrusy, herbal, some fruity, moderate bitter and some subtle sweet notes. Balanced and enjoyable. Nice one.
