TBone (9433) - Pori, - JAN 4, 2008
Bottled (BB 12/2008)
Pale, a bit hazy amber color, not much head, just some white foam. Pineapple fruity nose with some alcohol in it. Very alcoholic spicey flavor, there is some fruity and leathery notes and kind of grassy hoppyness. Palate is thin and watery, almost metallic. Warming alcohol kick in the aftertaste. Simple and straightforward Belgian malt liquer.

on tap at klub malych pivovaru in pilsen. somewhere between amber and golden with a lasting whipped egg-white head; aroma of whiteboard markers and surgical dressings marinated in marmelade; artificial strawberry flavours with some tinniness and prominent but warming alcohol. unremarkable but enjoyable after a snowy stroll

On tap at whip-in during RBWG 2012. Pours a cloudy yellow with frothy white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is yeast and spice. Medium mouthfeel with light malt flavor hiding the alcohol well. A good belgian strong ale.

Goldenbierre whit a smaller white head. Strong Carmel malt and hop aroma. Full carmel taste. The hops bitter and dry the finish. Its well balanced albeit on the sweet side. I guess that’s the stereotypes of Christmas.

Bottle. Brown pour with an off white head. Malt and cereal aromas. The taste pretty much follows suit with the addition of some spices.

Light copper colour. Aroma is a bit oaky and the alcohol is quite prominent. It seems to evaporate in the mouth leaving behind some oak and bittersweet orange. Aftertaste is malty, whisky-esque.
