330ml bottle. Big mocha head, but not much of retention. Dark amber color. Sourly-sweet aroma, yeast, rye, hops, kvas like. Taste is also a little sour, some malts, sour cherry, a touch of mixed spices with mostly cinnamon. Kind of flat, and it seems like it’s a juice mix, same as Boucaniers Red Ale. Too sour for my taste.

pours medium dark brown with a nice beige head, good retention. molasses, metal, spices, aniseed, light smoke, coconut, roasted caramel malts. boozy. dry caramel with a very hint of sweetness. medium long grassy-resinous finish, light to medium body, soft and lively

Aroma is malts and dark fruit. Flavor is a mix of dark fruit and sweetish malts along with slight alcohol bite in the finish.

good looking dark brown beer, Great head as two finger head lasted for a good five minutes.
Quite spicy Belgian Yeast. Noticeable ABV.
quite hot beer. lots of alcohol. Thick, rich, chewy, and too sweet. alcohol is very obvious.

330ml bottle. Pours dark red-brown with a thin beige cap. fair lacing. Aroma of malt, caramel, light yeast, coriander (subtle) and dark fruit (again also subtle). Taste is fairly sweet. A good beer but nothing all that impressive.

Starts off with lots of foam that dies pretty quickly. Not much tracing or anything. The beer has a really pronounced taste of alcohol, a little too much. A delicate hint of coriander and possibly raisins. Bottle in a mixed six pack

Pours a hazy reddish brown with decent head that diminishes quickly. This brew aromas consist of raisins, toffee, and just a hint of dark chocolate. Like the aroma, the taste starts out with flavors of raisins then fades to caramel with an alcohol finish. This is my second Boucanier brew and I have to say that this line is becoming one of my favorites.
