33cl bottle, clear amber color, medium "soapy" white head, caramel and orange aroma, uncommon notes of many different fruits (citrus, peach, strawberry...) and coriander, overwelming sweet flavor, medium body, finish with spices and orange, there’s uncommon and interesting things but something is wrong, it seems there’s some chemical and fruit juice in it, with a better balance it could be so much better

11.2 oz bottle form a mix pack of 3 different Bière Du Boucanier beers. Pours an amber color, very similar to their golden ale, though it is labeled a "red" It has a big foamy white that leaves a lot of lacing. It smells really nice. The yeast is almost tutti fruity with a froot loops of fruity pebbles scent to it. One of the fruitiest smelling ales i have come across. It tastes pretty fruity as well. Just straight up fruittiness, it works amazingly well. Melon, lime, strawberry, ect all combine for an amazing flavor. This is my fav beer in this series. 33 cL bottle. Pours a slightly hazy brownish copper with small but lasting offwhite head. The aroma is rich butterscotch and caramel with some toffee and some light toast. The flavor is toffee and caramel with some buttered toast in there (diacetyl, methinks). There’s a nice semi-dry biscuit quality in the background. Fruity hops are noticeable, contributing flavor but little bitterness. A slight mineral quality in the finish leads to a mild aftertaste. Would be pretty good if the diacetyl were a little tamer.

Bottle from Asao in Kyoto. Earthy, grassy aroma with caramel and apples. Strong mineral character, and generally dry. Medium orange-brown color, not exactly red. Middling head as well. Light fruity sweetness, some earthy caramel but not a lot. Cherry, apple, muscat grape, strawberry. Very fruity, actually, and in a novel and interesting way, but finishing dry and a bit hoppy. Nice fruit flavors and good balance. Mineral aspect evident. Tasty, flavorful, but mild and dry. Nice, smooth body yet light. Good stuff. Pleasantly surprised.

A - little hazy gold color S - nice peach, apricot, citruses, orange, honey and other beautiful fruit tones T - apricot, peach, yellow melon, strawberry and tiny clove. M - medium to light body with medium carbonation D - very drinkable, especially because of the fruit tones in the smell and taste, so you are always trying to discover more, however, pretty strong, so be careful Overall the beer is very interesting.

Bottle. Pour is cloudy orange with a nice white head. Aroma is clean orange, honey, and a light fruitiness. Flavor is light tart, surprisingly, with a light citrus and fruitiness. not too bad.

Cloudy amber beer. Smooth abd sweet with an undertone of fruit. A little tiny bit of spice and a dry saccharine finish! Probably not done this justice as it’s very well joined up nice beer!

Pours pale red with a 3 finger off-white head. Sweet and bitter. Malts and fruits. Also a nutty aroma and taste, but above all, orange peel and spices. Very interesting beer. Pleasantly surprised by this one!
