(Bottled) Almost opaque orange color with a large, big-bubbled, quickly vanishing head. Honey-fruity, slightly metallic and alcoholic aroma. Very fruity, smooth flavor with some hops in the finish. Slightly sour and yeasty with lots of lemon. Medium-bodied, carbonated palate. A quite plain, but reasonably refreshing blonde with a stingy aroma and smooth flavor.

330ml Bottle (6.2%) - Golden with a small head. Slightly perfumed and spicy aroma with notes of tea, lemon and honey. Spicy and slightly soapy taste with notes of lemon and honey detected.

Bottled. Amber color with a fuzzy head. Aroma is sweet and spice yeast. Flavor is quite sweet, hints of caramel. Mouthfeel is sweet dry.

Tasted: Tap @ Eulogy Belgian Tavern in Phila, Pa. Hazy straw color with light head. Sweet raspberry aroma with a mellow wheat raspberry flavor and a touch of citrus. Light and refreshing.

Brown 33cl bottle, best before 24 May 2011, drank from a Duvel glass on 15 Mar 2011. No sediment appeared to leave the bottle but the beer looked a misty/cloudy/moody dull orange colour, rather than the clearer, brighter body I was expecting: a weak wispy covering sat on top of the brew. Sweet aromas of sugar cane candy and childrens sweets in general. Tried to find some beery smells, but failed. The taste is a bitter sweet yeasty mix, the alcohol content very evident from the start. Strange flavours and mouthfeel to be honest, too sweet for me, and I like the sweeter Belgian brews normally. Pleasant enough, but the heavy sweet overtones in all aspects were just too strong for my tastebuds.

On tap at Eulogy’s. This beer was pretty awful, I can’t understand how others have given it high ratings. Pours murky golden blond with foamy white head. Honey, hay, floral cloves. Moderately sweet and a bit sour. Tastes like water downed Tang.

Bottle. Light golden, cloudy, small to average and fully diminishing head. Moderate, malty - lightly wheaty and sweetish aroma, some fruitiness and light citrus, light yeast and faint spiciness (pepper, coriander). Body is medium, malty – wheaty and lightly sweetish flavor, some fruitiness and light citrus, light spiciness. Finish is average, malty – lightly wheaty lightly sweetish, light fruitiness and light citrus, light spiciness, light hoppyness. Lightly sweetish ale with light citrus fruitiness and some spiciness. OK - could be bit drier, though.

Bottle [330ml] shared with garthicus & HogTownHarry -- c/o HogTownHarry. Dec. 13, 2011. Pours a cloudy copper-gold with a small diminishing white head. Aroma of honey, yeast, perfumy notes, grain, grassy hops and some citrus. Flavour’s the same, perfumy along with yeast, honey, lemon and light grassy hops. Average bodied. Nothing bad about it, just mediocre.

Pours a very murky golden with quickly reducing white head. Aroma is very sweet with an odd slightly cat pee hop aroma. Didn’t really get the orange peel as promised. Taste is dusty hops, some sweetness, weird malts. Tastes stale. finish is slightly bready with again some off hop flavours. Disappointing.
