COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer, brewed in the spring, originates from two varieties of malts and hops. Straightforward taste with very pronounced malt flavour. Amber colour with very abundant white foam. Easy to digest beer, very refreshing with long persistence and dry final taste on the back of the tongue.

Reddish brown with chunks floating about with a thin lasting head. Aromas of fruit (cherries in liqueur), malt and yeast. Nice flavour kinda subtle with more of the fruits, oranges as well some yeast and a bit of hop bitterness meshed with perfect sweetness. Very good.

White thiny medium lasting head. Cloudy orange color. Aroma is slightly malty with fruity (orange) and floral (roses) notes. Flavor is malty too with candy sugar and fruity tones, ending in a sweet moderately acidic finish. Medium bodied.

Frothy head. Hoppy aroma and flavor. Some licorice and blackcurrant and apple fruitiness. Nice, well balanced beer.

(33cl bottle) Purchased at the BC Liquor Store on Cambie in Vancouver for $2.95. Pours a lively, deep amber body and a lofty, white head. Nose of apricot, herbs and oranges. Flavour is more malted with a brown sugar and roasted malt dominance - a spiced hop undertone is well muted. Very good.

33 cl bottle. Dark brown-orange beer, no head. Sweet fruity aroma, orange, plums, cherries. Nice malty backbone, brown sugar and a hint of toast. Flavour is also quite nice, sweet fruity yeast, some browned peach flavour, a strong special B character, light earthy/spicy hoppiness as well. Brown sugar and caramel. Prickly mouthfeel with a lingering but drying finish. Quite nice, as are all of Binchoise’s beers.

Hazy pale amber-orange; thick creamy, broken-white head. Nose is very floral indeed, slight citrussy, lemon-blossom, nectar. Taste is much sweeter than nose would indicate. Flavour all the same very flowery - not fruity. Yeasty too. Rather thick mouthfeel; long dry aftertaste. Nice and indeed sunny-summer flavours.

Not imported, backpack special. Light and subtle floral aroma, bit of coriander. Nowhere near the intense aroma of the Blonde. Subtle and rounded flavors. Much more restrained than the blonde.

The aroma is sweet with strong notes of yeast, flowers, apples, and aroma hops. The color is dark amber and it has a fine cream colored head, though disappearing. The flavor is very nicely sweet with notes of yeast, malt, flowers, fruit, oranges, and forest. The end is a very well balanced bitterness that lingers.
