38cl, new organic honey ale Anno 2011, from De Hopduvel Gent, complex brew, spicy and slightly sweet/floral, balanced, cloudy, good head, nice brew

Pistolshot plop on opening, and if no gushing, a white (fine, dense) head appears to the amount of 5x the muddy, pale orange, very carbonated beer; Fine, agreable sourish nose, Brett-like in the lambic way. Barnyard odours; hints at indeed honey, but not sweet. Less inviting Bretts in the mouth: doughy, sulphury, floormop variety. I fear an infection, here; medicinal plants, pharmaceutical. Feels even more carbonated than it looks. Quite slick, but hardly medium bodied. Ai. Read similar comments elsewhere.
