1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Muddy copper color. Artificial fruity aroma. The flavor as well is too artificial. Sweet and fruity… well, not my favorite.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Head is initially large, frothy, light pink, mostly lasting. Body is hazy light red, bottle conditioned. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), lightly yeasty (cobwebs), with notes of rose petals and raspberries. Flavor is heavily sweet, lightly acidic. Finish is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Medium body, syrupy texture, lively carbonation. Ouch, is this thing syrupy sweet! Yuck. A sugary sweet mess. The aroma ain’t much either, and "power of suggestion" aside, I swear it smells like roses (more so than raspberry, especially right after pouring).

Yep, Only my friend Anne could come up with this. Just another alcoholpop that’s supposed to be a real beer. Better than the pink grapefruit beer though...

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Earlier today I had Kasparus van Oranje, which is a chemical fuelled, adjunct ridden piece of utter shite that somehow has found it’s way onto a beer site. And now I am faced with this "horror".
Binchoise started up in 1987, and have grown steadily since then. Their beers are not bad, but they do lack character. The brewery seems to be chasing after the American market and are producing American style Belgian beers. This is a harmless attempt at a soft and commercial kriek. It’s a bottle conditioned raspberry flavoured beer of no real character or distinction - fairly typical of Binchoise. The beer itself is cheap and nasty, and the raspberry flavour tastes synthetic, but does liven up what would otherwise be a very dull and unpleasant drink. Perhaps not really a "horror" in the same sense of the abortion that is Kasparus van Oranje but certainly far from a beer to recommend.

1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 5/20
Red-pinkish, hazy, pink head, rather thick. raspberry-drops, sythetic, overpowering sickly-sweet smell. Ugly-sweet taste, totally synthetic fruit flavour. Empty mouthfeel, sticky. Thank God not too much aftertaste. Let's be serious. This might come from a small, nice, new brewery (one would almost wish this were contract-brewed elsewhere), but one cannot condemn alcopops and in the same breath endorse this... horror.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
White bottle. Pink color, cloudy. Strong raspberry juice aroma, just a bitcitric. Sweet flavor, a bit soapy and dusty. Rather thin and just a bit artificial and sticky. Not too bad, but certainly nothing special.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
red colour, fine creamy head, deep raspberry aroma, crisp and fresh, sweet and slightly tart, dry fruity finish - one-dimensional but very pleasant
