let’s say it first, this is not a beer... this is a fruity beer... but as a fruity beer, it’s a great one. cherry and respberry tastes... pretty nice job... those binchoix are great brewers to make a fruity beer to taste good.

a nicely light bodied fruit beer... can be drank all night long. Maybe the non-fermentescible sugar is too much present on the palate.

Bottle from Foreign Bar at Bedford BF ’08. Pink with a white head. Raspberry jam aroma. Taste is quite authentic but it’s rather thin and watery. No sourness. A little dryness. The women in my circle , to whom, according to the Commercial Description, this product appeals, thought it wasn’t flavourful enough.

(Draught) Sampled at the Great Canadian Beer Festival in Victoria, BC, September 8th 2008. Copper-red body with a quick dissipating white head. Nose is jammy and seedy. Sweet, tart and raspberry. Not very exciting but not as sweet as many of this style. 6/2/5/2/11

25cl, from the brewery, easy to drink, not complex fruit beer, hazy, good head, nothing special
