Bottled. Cloudy brownish amber, creamy head. Aroma of citrus and metal. Dryish and lightly fruity, no esters detected. Instead there is caramel and viola, but it falls short of being interesting.

Bottiglia da 33cl regalatami da Wiggs (grazie!!!); versa colore arancione acceso torbido con discreta schiuma cremosa, aroma dolce e maltato con poche note di banana; interessante il sapore piuttosto complesso per lo stile. Corpo molto pesante, frizzantezza comunque abbastanza elevata. Piacevolissima sorpresa

UPDATED: SEP 14, 2007 Bottled 0,33L. Bought in Mendrisio. Creamy and foamy head, good resistance. Orange dark color with reddish reflex. Good and fine fizz. Much muddy and dense one. Decidedly alcoholic scent with wheat and yeast notes, wine cellar and "cereals juice". Little lively taste, rather extinguished in truth, with alcoholic and withered clear grape notes. Lightly acidulous and mellow on the end. Courtesy of my dad.

Bottle. Tasting session with omhper and ante
Plenty of yeast in this bottle. Big nice head, as it should be in a wheat. Nice malty aroma but with more phenolic than estery compounds. Spicy character and a wee hint of milk chocolate. Pretty salty aftertaste.

ante (3375) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - MAR 30, 2006
Very hazy dark orange appearance topped with a big tan coloured head. Yeast and diacetyl in aroma hints of red fruit. Nutty, buttery aqnd yeasty flavour, hints of potatoes in the biscuity and yeasty aftertaste.

cloudy dark orange colour with little foam, corny and banana aroma, oily and rather light-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel, slightly dry banana aftertaste - a little bit cloying

UPDATED: JUN 24, 2004 2004-05-23, Draught, 6-4-6-3-13=32
Muddy light amber color. Spicy aroma, and lemony. Ordinary Weizen, with a good sweet malty line.

2002-09-10, Draught, 7-5-7-4-15=38
Amber hazy colour; beautiful thick head. Strong, characteristic aroma, spicy. Rather sweet in the front, enough malty, good balance, pretty good hop ending in a long palate, sweet and bitter.
