(Bottled) Hazy pale yellow with a large, big-bubbly and quickly fading head. Aroma of fresh hay, pale malt, some wheat, yeastiness. Flavor of pale malt, herbs, hints of cardboard, mild spiciness. Light to medium, slightly thin body, somewhat foamy carbonation. Dryish, herby, thin and dull, and not even very much like witbier.

Botella de 330ml. Copa Tulipa. Saboreada en agt´11.Color pajizo pálido y apariencia nublada. Corona cremosa y blanca que se disipa con rapidez aunque recupera con un ligero agitado de la copa. Aromas florales y de mermelada en nariz con matices de naranja. Sabores de pan y especiado. Mermelada de naranja en el intermedio que permanece hasta el final. Cuerpo ligero y carbonatación alta. Refrescante y de fácil asimilación. 330ml bottle. Tulip glass. Enjoyed on agt´11.Pale straw color, foggy appearance. White, creamy crown. Quickly dissipated but easily recovered by twisting the glass. Floral & syrup aromas to the nose, orange hints too. Bready & spiced flavors. Orange syrup in the middle lingers into the end. Light body, high carbonation. Easy drinkability. Refreshing.

Birra con le tipiche sensazioni di frumento, di agrumi e note erbacee di coriandolo. Profumi intensi e gradevoli. Colore giallo pallido, leggermente velata. Corpo leggero.

33cl @ La Gibecière, Hotton. Dorée/paille, léger trouble, col blanc. Bière blanche typique et agréable présentant un profile citronné et agrumes. Blanche convenable avec un bon profile levure/ester et froment, petite pointe d’épice, un un côté fruité rappelant la pelure orange.Carbonnation est bien active, avec un fini malt léger.

Bottle @ home. Cloudy, hazy pale yellow like a ’blanche’ should be. Average sized dense white head. Smell and taste wheat, softly citrus, lightly a hint of banana.. Suitable carbo, medium body. Very nice refreshing beer.

Bottle from Place Luxembourg, Brussels. Murky hazy body with medium head. Nose is wheat and spicy. Taste is also of wheats, some caramel and spices. Citrus notes in there. But pretty weak and unassuming beer.

Bottle (33 cl) from Le Marché de Nathalie Brasserie, Bouillon, Belgium. Hazy, milky golden, with medium white head. Strong orange and coriander aroma, a tad too much. Medium bodied, creamy mouthfeel. Quite sweet.

Bouteille 33 cl du Marché de Nathalie - Bouillon (B). Blonde brumeuse avec quelques flotteurs de levure et une haute mousse blanche à grosses bulles. Arômes de citron, épices, levure, un peu fruitée, blé et soufre. Le goût est pareil, avec coriandre, elle est un peu surette, assez égale dans ses composants. Finale un peu astringente et sèche.

bottle, I drunk it on a hot ’summer’ day in spring. Yellow coloured with nice foamy but unstable white head. Smell: some coriander, citrus and yeasty. Just like the taste. After some gulps a bit monotone beer but decent in fact!

Bottle, 33 cl. Blonde hazy beer with a nice white medium foam. Weak aroma of wheat, spices and some citrus. Taste is wheaty and spicy, with a light malty background and a light hoppy aftertaste. Not bad, but also not exactly what I call a strong Witbier.
