3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft @ 3 Brewers (Toronto): Poured a hazy yellow with a fluffy white head. The aroma was lemons, wheat, and spice. The flavor was lemons, clove, yeast, and pepper. Overall, a refreshing brew.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
sampler 1 of 4 @ Toronto. Poured a nice cloudy wheat yellow, nice fluffy head. Smells like lemon zest and yeast. Taste is citrusy, crisp, refreshing and light. A nice brew, probaby the best of the four.

On tap at Les 3 Brasseurs brewpub at Cite de Europe, Coquelles, France. Clouded yellow gold with white head. Fairly standard Blanche, lemony, sweet, its ok but nothing exciting.

Good luck entering your ratings with this confusingly multi-named entry. Spicy light sweet, light bitter hops. Some citrus and yeasty estery light fruit. This will not supplant St. Bernardus Wit, but it’s competent.

I’m pretty sure this is the Blanche that is on at the new Toronto brewpub (it might be a good idea to make "3 brewer" alias’ for all of these beers - the blonde, amber and dark, as well as this, as there will be double entries, new entries, and confusion from the Toronto location). Anyway, I liked this one. Nice cloudy yellow with a good sized white head. Tons of dry yeast and citrus in aroma. More in the taste, solid medium carbonated body. The best of the brewpub bunch by far.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Toronto new brewpub. Aroma that is wheaty, yeasty and also funky. Initially sourish wheat in mouthfeel, that is well malted. Some flavour, better as it warms. This beer is lacey. An ordinary wheat in the end, that is drinkable. Medium mouthfeel. As this brewpub is a step up, just that, from standard macro offerings, it is malted down to make a transition.

Had on tap at the brewpub in Montreal. This was a pretty decent wit. Somewhat thin in, but overall nice.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Very cloudy yellow with a thin white ring of head. Aroma is of lemon marmalade, a touch wheaty with dusty esters. Light, tight carbonation. Flavor is lightly tart, with lots of yeast in the flavor. Some odd and slightly sweet citrus notes. A bit boring.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours with a cloudy yellow color. Very well done wit. Light on spices, more yeasty, perhaps more like a German Hefeweissen. Bready and a bit fruity with a medium body. Fresh tatsing. Served at 3 Brasseurs in Grenoble.
