On tap at Les 3 Brasseurs brewpub at Cite de Europe, Coquelles, France. Clouded yellow gold with white head. Fairly standard Blanche, lemony, sweet, its ok but nothing exciting.

A translucent yellowish ale with a thin lacing white head. A pleasant light lemony aroma, with typical bananas and cloves. In mouth, a decent wit with bananas and a bit of lemon. Well balanced and honest. On tap at Montreal St-Denis location, March 16 2008.

Rue St. Denis, Montreal location... Draft... Milky, pear-colored ale with a mid-sized, frothy, white head. Decent retention. The nose is of very light lime? Grain? Straw?... mostly nondescript. Fruity, perfectly-balanced flavor. Tart and tangy... some kind of citrus blend. Light-bodied and dry with fizzy carbonation. Finishes watery, but fairly refreshing. Odd, but very decent.

draught@brewpub, Montreal Ste-Catherine - cloudy lactic-yellow, poor head retention; quite strong aroma of corn and cloves; banana in the background; medium-bodied and with some biting acidity, some sweetness below; residual sugars and long corny finish; pretty green but otherwise ok

On tap at the Old Montreal location. Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color with a small sized head. Aromas and tastes of yeast, some citrus, wheat, and some spices.

Toronto new brewpub. Aroma that is wheaty, yeasty and also funky. Initially sourish wheat in mouthfeel, that is well malted. Some flavour, better as it warms. This beer is lacey. An ordinary wheat in the end, that is drinkable. Medium mouthfeel.As this brewpub is a step up, just that, from standard macro offerings, it is malted down to make a transition.

UPDATED: MAY 23, 2004 (Montreal location) : Sympathetic light pineapple daiquiri allusions, impetuous yeast flakes, enticing lemon sherbet...Dim lactic feel, enlightening tropical fruit, hazardous astringency...Tasty and creamy summer beer...Their best offering at the Montreal location...

2010-06-17. Hazy pastel dark yellow body with a small white head and lace. 3+ Flavour is mild, interest wheaty bite before some odd estery character. Bitter finish. Aroma is lemony, tart wheat and grass. 6+ Average palate is a touch light for the style. Okay. On tap at the brewpub, Toronto

Pint at the Old Montreal location. Pours cloudy with with a smallish white head. Smells of coriander and cumin with some citrussy notes. Sessionable and good with my meal.

Cloudy pale yellow. Fruity witbier with melon, bubbly wheat and coriander flavors. Light tartness all around. Refreshing in a mineralized water fashion. Mouthfeel is foamy, airy texture despite a thin body. Very simple.
