Draught at the brewpub in Montreal
Dark cloudy yellow, lots of sediment, even more than most heavily bottle conditioned ones and this is a 4oz sample! Nose of sweet banana and rich clove. Nice sweetness with hallertau notes, a bit off with wheat flavor but good. Not too dry.

sampler 1 of 4 @ Toronto. Poured a nice cloudy wheat yellow, nice fluffy head. Smells like lemon zest and yeast. Taste is citrusy, crisp, refreshing and light. A nice brew, probaby the best of the four.

I’m pretty sure this is the Blanche that is on at the new Toronto brewpub (it might be a good idea to make "3 brewer" alias’ for all of these beers - the blonde, amber and dark, as well as this, as there will be double entries, new entries, and confusion from the Toronto location). Anyway, I liked this one. Nice cloudy yellow with a good sized white head. Tons of dry yeast and citrus in aroma. More in the taste, solid medium carbonated body. The best of the brewpub bunch by far.

Draught at the brewpub Hazy, yellow body. Off-white creamy head. Aroma of orange peel, citrus, some hops: quite weak all in the end. Flavour has notes of orange/citrus, is quite fresh as the other beers from les 3 Brasseurs, it has some stickiness in the flavour. Overall, quite nice with an ok balance and even some complexity.

Sampled at the Montreal location
Light yellow, cloudy; lemon, orange and coriander in the aroma; smooth maltiness, marshmallow. Sweetish finish.

Although 3 Brasseurs over-waters all their beer, the only one of the four I tried in which this worked was their blanche as it created a refreshing, mild light citrus flavor. Some pepper notes. Noticeably sweet.
