Très claire, peu pétillante, assez peu odorante aussi. Au goût, céréales dorées, un peu de fruité et de sucre cuit. Mince mais désaltérante ; assez savoureuse, mais sans personnalité. Elle est tout de même agréable, c’est la parfaite blonde de terrasse pour les jours d’été.

4 oz sample at Ottawa brew pub. Clear golden with a thin white rim. Metallic, faint cereal/grain, a little green grassy hops, faintly fruity. Medium body, moderate effervescence. Raw grain, touches of biscuit and peppery green hops, meh; dry with minimal bitterness and a fairly innocuous finish.

Sampled at the Ottawa Brewpub. Golden with a white head. Grainy, bit of wet cardboard, light malts, some caramel. High carbonation, mild body, somewhat sweet.

Not as nice as the Ambree, but it’s light and very drinkable. Lovely on a nice summer’s day in Lille. Not the best but definitely worth a try

Sampler from brewpub Reims. Pale golden coloured, small white head, mild grainy nose. Moderate malty, hops and brewing cereals with mild bitter finish. Pretty ordinary.

Pours pale yellow with a small, creamy, white head. Aroma is sweet, estery, apples, light phenolic, grassy. Medium carbonation, okay creamy and a bit light in mouthfeel. Flavour is grainy, wheat, estery, mild melon, apples and grassy bitterness. Okay.

on tap at brewpub. clear pale yellow with a small and disappearing white cap. sweet malts, some corn, light herbal hops. aggressive carbonation, light body, no finish.

Served on draft. No head but served chilled like a lager. Nice citrus notes, good aroma, nice on a summer’s day, as slightly bitter finish
