pivo (2481), Germany Dec 18, 2005 Light lager nose with hint of syrup, hazy amber color, sticky head. Weak caramelly malt, slight spice end. Thin body and quick profile. Dissappointing overall (I expected more) but no bad qualities and surely drinkable. JorisPPattyn (4247), Antwerpen, Belgium Nov 6, 2005 Draught Drab olive-orange beer, small but tenacious very white head. Very grainy, corn flakes, honey aroma. Honey-ish, bready and quite malty; grassy finish. Medium bodied, quite slick, quite marked by its carbonation. Amongst the nicest I’ve had so far from Les 3F. I’d be hard pressed, however, to call this impressive. Yogi_Beera (2400), Hamburg, Germany Oct 24, 2005 On tap at the brewpub in Gouvy: Deep orange color, great medium frothy head. Grainy fresh nose, apicot and yeast also in taste. Lot’s of thyme. Interesting but quite thin. dirkbreedveld (222), Netherlands Jul 30, 2005 This was the first beer in this new experiment, with guestrecipes in this dependace of Achouffe.
Good beer, nice colour(although it’s no bockbeer). A little sweet carmael i the nose, malts and spices are available in the taste. skortila (2359), Bunnik, Netherlands Feb 5, 2005 On tap Kafe Belgie Utrecht. Aroma of caramel malts and spices. Hazy, orange-brown coloured with a lasting, white head. Taste is sweet, malty, some spices, quite well balanced taste. Smooth with some fruits. Not really a bock indeed, but a very drinkable brew.
