La Botteresse Cerise

Bottled. Amber colour, not much head. Aroma is raspberries, strawberries and mild yeast. Flavour is papery, yeasty and mildly redberryish.

Hazy, reddish pink coloured beer with some orange touches. Little carbonation and a small white head. Very special aroma, yeasty fruity, some light cherry touches. Full palate. Finish is little bitter, yeasty fruity. Very special beer.

Hazy red-peach color, small steady pale red head. Very "artisanale" yeast, straw aroma. Some sourness, hints of cherry stones, dry mouthfeel. Very yeasty and fruity but not a beer to order twice. Not much cherry in the flavor, mostly only in the color.

Still produced under the old name at the new Sur-les-Bois brewery Red-amber beer with small, but pinkish, stable head. Slightly sweetish nose as from ice-cream with fruit, further pale malts and perfumey - more strawberry than cherry. A bit bready, bitterish, very little or no fruit. What fruit, no idea from the flavour, actually quite neutral. Light, bit watery. A beginners’ fruit beer. Well...
