Hazy red-peach color, small steady pale red head. Very "artisanale" yeast, straw aroma. Some sourness, hints of cherry stones, dry mouthfeel. Very yeasty and fruity but not a beer to order twice. Not much cherry in the flavor, mostly only in the color. Slightly sweetish nose as from ice-cream with fruit, further pale malts and perfumey - more strawberry than cherry. A bit bready, bitterish, very little or no fruit.
