Golden beer with superb huge white and light foam, animated crackling. Aromas of malt, sweetness, hints of citrus and alcohol. The taste is soft, honey, lemon, hop and alcohol. Nice balance acidulity-bitterness. Rich beer but pleasant and easy drinkable. Finale more dry.

Can. Cloudy straw-yellow pour with a thin white head, decent lacing. Aroma is apple juice with a touch of orange and lemon zest. Flavour is sweet citrus and apple with some candy notes and a touch of bubblegum. Overall too sweet and not a good example of the style.

Aroma a cava y herbal.

Pours clear blonde, rather big white head . Smell is sweet, slightly dusty malts . Taste has typical tripel maltyness, slightly more sweet though . Very common taste , really 13 in a dozen . Bit sweet-malty , some grainy notes, mildly bitter aspects , some yeastaroma . Boring beer to describe, nothing exciting to drink . But nevertheless, it has nothing wrong with it

A part ça ?

This bottle is a barrel of laughs! Translucent gold with many bubbles, not unlike a pale lager. Mid sized head. Malt, yeast, bubblegum, banana aroma. Light bodied for a Belgium blonde, but the other flavours are as expected. Heavy on yeast, sweet banana and caramel, and some hop as well. Although not spectacular, it’s refreshing drinking a Belgium blonde that doesn’t require arduous stomach stretching.

VDuquerroux (911) - Airvault, FRANCE - NOV 11, 2014
Bottle (funny look!), 33cL. A golden yellow orange beer, light hazy ; big white head with a medium retention. No lacing. Fruity aroma (citrus), herbs, spices, biscuit (light). Medium sweet, light to medium bitter refreshing. Medium body, nearly silky texture, good carbonation, dry bitter finish with a warming note. Overall, pleasant spicy yeasty aroma, refreshing. OK. First drank about one year ago at La Rochelle, France waiting for the marathon finishers.
