Bottled. A hazy chestnut colored beer with a thick tan head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, and vegetables. The flavor is sweet with ntoes of malt, caramel, dusty hops, and alcohol, leading to a dry bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. A hazy, orange beer with a decent off-white to beige head. Dried fruits, caramel, tropical fruits some alcohol and tea, and white sugar on the nose. The flavor has dried fruits, white sugar, caramel and fruits. Sweet, herbal finish. Medium body, almost sticky-feeling. A decent beer that didn’t ring any of my bells. 091120

(bottle, 33cl, as La Bouillonnaise Brune) Hazy, orange-amber (and not very brune) colour with a big and off-white foamy head. Slightly sweet and moderately yeasty, also slightly mineralic aroma with light malty, nutty and subtle fruity notes. Slightly sweet and sour flavour, medium to light bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Quite slim malty base with fruity and yeasty notes, accompanied by shades of caramel; sour-fruity and pretty slim finish. 08.III.10

Amber coloured beer with some light carbonation and a short white head. LIght malty arome. Slightly sweeter touched full palate. Finish is light bitter and malty hinted. Average belgian ale, no surprises.
