Bottle from Cave ŗ Bulles. Pours mahogny with a small head. Sweet, spiced and quite perfumey nose. Quite malty in the mouth with clear caramel and spices providing balance. A bit grainy mouthfeel. Not a Nobel Prize winner, but quite a good Christmas beer.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle: Half of the bottle foamed out of the bottle when I opened it and I am afraid that their was a infection in that sample. Quite sourly nose with intensive notes of lemon. Amber color, creamy head. Flavor is also sourly but sweetness too. Notes of roasted malt and hop bitterness in the end. Dry, light bitter finish.

Tasting at PapsÝís
Cloudy amber color. Grassy cabbage smell, sulphur, some caramel, dusty. Dryish caramel flavor, with too much vegetables off-flavors, light liquorice (another by-product of the fermentation), disturbing alcohol, strong bitterness, dry finish. Bad.
