3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 Hakim (12) - Lille, FRANCE - NOV 30, 2011
De couleur blonde dorée, le nez généreux s’ouvre sur les fleurs.
La bouche est onctueuse avec des notes très légéres d’agrumes.
La finale confirme la bouche. Légère amertume.
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 JK (3509) - Uptown, Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - OCT 4, 2011
recommend by Simon at La Cave le Bulles, Paris, October 3rd, 2011. Gold color and tall head that lasts and laces the glass. Well carbonated. lightly sweet, Belgian yeast character. Flavor has some clove, alcohol, sugar, but overall light and smooth, easy to drink tripel.

Bottle from Village de la bière Strasbourg. Hazy golden, mid-sized white head, quite hoppy aroma. Full-bodied, malty base, rather dry palate, herbal hops in the lingering finish – bitter-sweet character.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 meerbier (914) - Pijnacker, NETHERLANDS - APR 28, 2011
Bottle@Home. Sweet, citrus, apple, malts and some spice (coriander?) in the aroma. Hazy, dark yellow, white firm large head, good lace. Very sweet, light bitter, fruity (sweet apples, apricot), hint of perfume. Soft mouth feel, full, lightly warming. Flavourful, balanced. I’m very much surprised.
2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 Glouglouburp (4783) - Montreal, Quebec, CANADA - MAR 18, 2011
In short: A yeasty muddy golden ale with a moldy flavor. A sloppy beer.
How: Bottle 330ml. Consumed when approximately 1.5 year of age (almost 1 year after receiving it through private importation)
The look: Ugly murky dirty golden body topped by a long-lasting small beige head
In long: Light nose of marmalade, a touch of caramel, mold and some floral notes. Taste is very yeasty, wet crusty white bread with marmalade spread, some caramel, some earthy floral hops, decaying fruit mold (and too much of it), a mild spiciness sensation. Part of it was ok but I didn’t care for the moldy sensation at all and it added some kind of totally off blue cheese flavor to the beer. Body and carbonation was alright, but Belgium rarely screw-up in this department. Overall it was more bad than boring and it felt very amateurish. As a total failure this beer is a great success.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 DeanF (1489) - Iqaluit, Nunavut, CANADA - OCT 29, 2010
Bright yellow-white body, nice large foamy yeasty head. Aroma of hops, spice, lemon, perfumy bright notes. Taste is a lot of citrusy hops with a mildly alcohlic finish. Some corn and grain perfume notes. Not bad at all for a triple.

Bottle at Roi du Potje Vleesch, Goedewaersvelde. Hazy deep golden with a stable head. Perfumey and slightly alcoholic nose. Quite bitter, perfumey hop bitterness throughout. Improves in the mouth.
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 Eructoblaster (2122) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - APR 17, 2010
Bottle - 330ml. Hazy blond body with a good, lasting, white foamy head. Fresh, well balanced malty/hoppy aroma with herbal and flowery hints. Taste hides the alcohol pretty well. It carries some honeyish notes. Ends with a decent bittersweet finish. Good Tripel.
