Brown coloured beer with large off-white head and lots of carbonation. Roasted sour malted aroma. Full sparkling palate. Finish is sour malty ending sour. Medium

Bottled. Hazy deep orangeish brown colour with a mediumsized beige head. Aroma is sweet fruits, some sour wood, quite brett like sourness (is this intended or not?). Flavour is caramel, toffee, spices, mild brett and sour wood. Very dry palate. Not sure if the sour/tartness/brettlike stuff is intended here, but this suits my palate very well, even though the sourness would be an infection.

Thanks bierkoning! Murky amber color, steady off-white head. At first some sour aromas, then caramel and light vegetables. Medium-bodied. Caramel, tart flavor (infected?), lots of vegetables. Tart and not very drinkable.

Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, moderate yeasty, leather, brett. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, brett, alcohol, wood - acetone notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120316]

Bottle @ FOneFan. Unclear dark amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, brett, caramel and dark fruits. Flavour is malt, brett, little sour, fruit, caramel, dark fruits and a little vinegar.

Ulfborg Scooper Smagning 2012. Copper with a small off-white head. Aroma of brett funk, pineapple, raisin, toffee and nuits. Dry and bretty flavour with pineapple, and a chemical note.

33cl Cuivre opaque, col beige. Arôme de levure, malt cara grillé avec qcq fruits noirs et toujours cette levure caractéristique de cette brasserie. En bouche, brune avec un profile plus centré sur le malt et une note grillée, touche de caramel et un léger fruits noirs, sucre brun avec sur la fin une pointe de réglisse. Le tout garde un aspect de sirop mais toujours avec le profile de la levure en arrière.

33cl, new exclusive brew Anno 2011, from Willems Grobbendonk, complex brew, spicy/roasted and slightly malty/sweet, not balanced, cloudy, good head, nice brew

Bottle. Quite sweet to start, brown sugar/candy sugar type sweetness. Some light sourness in the finish, with notes of berry fruit. Noticable alcohol in the finish.
