En fût. Verre de 10 oz dégusté directement à la brasserie. Arôme: Légère odeur de caramel. Apparence: La couleur est ambrée voilée avec une faible densité de bulle. Présence d’un mince col mousseux et d’une fine dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Léger goût de caramel et d’houblons. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement huileuse. Moyenne effervescence en bouche. Arrière goût légèrement houblonné. (Rating #3390)

In short: A generic caramelized amber ale with some DMS. Bad.

The look: Cloudy amber-bronze body topped by a small beige head
In long: Nose is basic toasted malts with light notes of buttery popcorn. Taste is grainy caramelized malts, some dried fruits, buttery popcorn, no hops to speak of. Overly carbonated. Getting dyacetyl in a bottle of beer happens once in a while. But getting dyacetyl in a brewpub ale is inexcusable, someone there should have noticed the obvious flaw and this beer should not have been served They don’t taste their own beers? Anyway, I still wish the best to this brand new brewpub, the place is beautiful, the sandwiches are delicious, the service is friendly and visiting this brewpub was overall a very enjoyable experience. I’m even thinking about writing a poem to the owner. What rhymes with "Your beers suck ass"?
