One of the best beers of brasserie caracole. Much more complex then the saxo, so that makes this beer my favorite beer from this brewery.

Bottle from de Bierschuur in Poppel. The beer has as the name sais an amber color and a nice large head with a lot of bubbles. In the aroma strawberries, Belgian fruity yeast, some citrus hops with a sweet malt backbone. The taste starts with a bit of an alcohol kick with lots of Belgian yeast flavours some citrus fruity hops on the finish with sweet malts. The finish is very sweet with some nice bitterness in the end.
