The cork shot out of the 75 cl bottle once I uncaged it, ricocheting off the wall and nearly killing my dog, who shrugged off this brush with death and ran off with the cork to chew on it. Little bastard. Beer is hazy dark blond with white head. Sweet, fruity, spicy aroma, with notes of apples, oranges and ginger. Whoa. Lots of ginger. Pretty sweet flavor with faint bitterness and boozy warmth. Spicy, alcoholic aftertaste. It’s begging me to hate it, but I can’t. It’s interesting and not terrible.

Bottle 75cl.
Unclear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, fruity, moderate yeasty, coriander. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090307]

A Mes rate. Bottle at ZBF.
Semi hazy gold colour with a decent off white head. Good fruity hoppage with some light spicy notes. A fair bit of sweet alcohol showing but it’s tolerable. Slightly acrid in the finish but the lemon and sugar pancakes to follow sort it out. Pretty decent.

Taste with DavidBles on Zbf 09. Dark golden with a creamy, off-white head. Aroma bit yeast, some wheat. Medium body. Taste is complex. Sweet, yeast, spice, good hops, touch of sour.

Very hazy light golden body, big white head; Very strange wheat aroma with a light acid touch; A little to fat to full body; Medium long finish. Strange!

Sampled at Zythos 2009. Hazy gold, lasting beige head. Decent triple style beer. Quite tasty, even a little sour. Some good hop on finish. Pretty tasty.

Bottle at ZBF09. Sweet spicy aroma, coriander and cookie spices, perhaps cinnamon. The flavour starts off a little citric, then gets OK sweet and with quite some alcohol flavour.
