the first thing that came to my mind was "Sherry", this beer gives off a fruity presence that reminds me of Sherry.
The fruits and aroma give a perfect balance. great malts, subtle hops. the AC is not as strong as I thought it would be. cant wait to get this one again.
I bet it goes great with desserts and cheese

Aug 16, 2008 minimal head. lite tan. Deep mahagony color, opaque. Nose, brown sugar and spice, malt, fruit. Lots of Co2 on tha palate, then evolves into a soft and easy dringker. Molassas, pear, apple. Not as complex as one might expect.

Aug 14, 2008 Pours a hazy brown with a giant light brown head. Aroma of caramel, brown sugar, spices, fruits. Flavor is Caramel, Candy Sugar, Yeasts, Spices. Very carbonated and lively. Pretty Good.

Aug 12, 2008 Pours clear amber with a quickly diminishing tan head. Nose is apple, caramel, belgian candy sugar. Same in the flavor with a slightly astringent sourness and mild to moderate bitterness. Slightly smoky finish. Stands up well to a t-bone. Pretty good.

Aug 12, 2008 On tap at By The Bottle 2 Year Anniversry tasting in Vancouver, WA--Poured a dark brown-chestnut body with a lively thick off-white beige head. Lots of sticky rich malts. Caramel molasses, vanilla, and holiday spice. Complex, fruity and off the hook tasty!
