Bottle. Very pale and very clody. Aroma is of citrus, rotten salad and some yeast. Taste is fruity with notes of rotten salad and citrus. Some yeasty bitterness in the end. Quite boring.

Pale color. Frothy head. Hazy, some yeast in the stale fragrance. Sweet fruity herbal flavor, some bitterness. I guess those who likes the belgian kind of ale like this one too; I don’t.

Bottle (33 cl) from Systembolaget. Hazy golden, large fluffy white head. Big yeasty aroma with spicy notes. Medium bodied with lively carbonation. Well balanced, a bit sweet initially with dry finish. Medium to low bitterness.

Bottle. Hazy golden with a very large white head that disappeared quickly. A lot of exciting scents including citrus, yeast, detergent and coriander. There first thing I reacted about when I drank the beer was the large amount of carbonic acid. Otherwise the beer felt fresh and slightly acid. Pretty sweet, apples, spices, detergents, coriander, and much banana. Surprisingly pleasant, yes, I have my prejudices about organic beer.

Fruktig, bred i smaken. Lättdrucken, detaljerad. En öl som kan analyseras för sina finesser, samtidigt som den fungerar lika bra som måltidsdryck. Mångfasetterad.

Bottle. Hazy pale orange, nice head. Yeasty aroma of grapefruit and cloves. A bit soapy flavour with more citrus and quite the bitter sting in the finish, along with more spice.

(Bottles) Pours golden with a large white head. The aroma holds notes of yeast, fruit esters and mild spicy phenols up front. Lime, lemon, gooseberry jam, tart apricots, pineapples, pears, almonds and coriander/rose pepper. Undertones of white bread-like malt, candi sugar, wheat and honey candy. Only a whisper of hops is notable in the nose. The flavour is light sweet, light bitter and light acidic. Tones of citric/tropical fruits and coriander alongside a touch dry candi sugar. Chevy malt. Some alcohol warmth. The mouthfeel is “bright” and near medium carbonated. Citric finish. Near medium bodied.
