Bottle. Clear medium yellow color with a average fizzy good lacing mostly lasting white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy yeasty, fruity / flower, light cane sugar. Flavor is moderate sweet (fruit sour / sweet taste) with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is lively to soft.

The aroma is slightly sweet and yeasty. The color is an unclear dark yellow and it has a small head. The flavor is dominated by a malt sweetness and it prickles the tongue (probably the 8% ABV). It has a faint note of fruit, but no bitterness, instead it ends on a dryness. It has a good palate.

(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a hazy, pale golden with a dense, white head. Sweetish, spicy, coriander nose. Medium body with sweetish malt and very fruity and floral accents. Almost no bitterness. 120108

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a dense white head. Fruity, slight mouldy and fresh yeasty aroma. Mellow yeasty, slight spiced flavour. Goes into a soft yeasty finish with a mild spice note.

Bottled (thanks omhper!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, some grains, mild glue and quite melted rubbery. Flavour is fruits, glue, some spruce as well as quite yeasty notes. Out of balance.

Bottled. Cloudy yellow, huge dense head. Lemony wheat aroma and flavour. Slim with coriander and citrus, getting jucier as it goes. The alcohol subtly sets in to form a warming finish. A nice winter wit!

´Bottle. Clear amber coloured with a white head. Perfumed spicy aroma with fruity notes. Flavour of fruits, spices and yeast with notes of hops. Light watery for a belgian ale.

Golden color. Very nice aroma, fresh, of spices and hops. Good body, with a residual sweetness, becoming soon quite dry and spicy. Some malt, and a reasonable hopping.

[Bottle @ Papsoe] Hazy golden with no head. Sweet yeasty aroma with orange peel and peaches. Sweet perfurmed flavor, with yeast and peaches.

Bottled (BB 12/2011)
Golden color, decent creamy head, some lace. Strong odd herbal aroma: mix of lime and coriander. Medium-bodied. Lots of coriander and zest in the flavor. Some sweetish fruityness (green apple). Another boring eco-beer. Less interesting than normal Saxo.
