Syrlig med en liten sötma. Nästan ingen beska. Liten jästfällning och doft av äpplen och aprikos. Bättre och bättre efter att ha stått ett tag i källaren.

Tart and slightly sharp aroma of yeast, citrus and coriander, has a light tone of detergent. Fairly crisp taste of citrus and yeast that turns into a dry and very bitter aftertaste. Reminiscent of detergent! I can not understand the relatively high grading of this beer! For me, this is a really disgusting beer!

Bottle 33cl, a cloudy golden amber beer with huge head and good lacing. Nose is nice on agrumes, sweetness and yeast. Aroma is fruity and honey like with a nice yeast presence, sweet agrumes notes with less acidity, some cassis ans licorice notes. A pleasant ale, interesting, peppery hops at the finish.

Hazy yellow body, white head. Sweet malt, wheat, yeast, hops and spices. Bitter, hoppy and yeasty flavour. Long aftertaste. Nicely balanced and everything seems to be in place.

Bottle. Hazy yellow beer with a huge white head full of lacy creaminess. Sweet, slightly honeyish and fruity aromas of yeast and spices. Fresh. Coriander and orange peel, some pepper from the yeast. Light and dry maltiness. Medium sweetness of light sugar. Some fruity sourness from the yeast. A hint of alcohol in the finish. Soft, velvety mouthfeel. Medium bodied. Very drinkable, high quality ale.
