Pours a cloudy golden color with a fair, bubbly white head. Aroma is of citrus, banana, Belgian yeast and caramel. Carbonated, lots of fruit, citrus, banana, caramel, honey and Belgian yeast. Very complex, thick and unique.

This beer is sensational. Enjoyable and complex at the same time. Very flowery nose, palate is round and remains dry, texture is just perfect, finish is long and not overly spicy. This should be the archetype of a real Belgian Ale.

Luscious Blonde!!! Pours golden orange, with small, receding white head. Wonderful orange + yeast aroma. No alcohol smell. Gorgeous.

33cl bottle. Hazy orange/golden. Small white head. Nose : Caramel malts , some fruit aromas like pear. Pepper spice. Apricot notes. Sip : Sweet start with fruity aromas and some caramel background. Sweet finish with a bit hoppy balance. Very little sour yeast and esters. Cool sweet strong beer. That’s my last one thought.

Straw colored pour. White head. Little lacing. Smells of lemon, malt and yeast. Spicy malt flavor. Little banana and citrus. Sweet and dry at the same time. Little bitter.

UPDATED: DEC 14, 2011 Had this on tap at Seventh Sun in Dunedin. Smells a little alky strong, perhaps a tad volatile. Taste is same, stronger alky. This is interesting since the barmaid said it was one of the milder beers on tap. Slight fruity background with a little tartness within. Bitter alky linger. Barely any co2 in this brew.

Poured cloudy orange with a white fluffy head and good lacing. Smelled lemons yeast and citrus. Tasted the same good beer
