Sep 30, 2008 Bottle from De Bierkoning @ home, ABV 7,5%. Hazy golden colour, white head. Fruity champagne-like aroma. Flavour is fruity, soft, sweet, and slightly spicy. A bit like Chouffe with higher carbonation. Long slightly bitter finish. Nice stuff.

Sep 6, 2008 The required banana/clove is mild and nice, although the beer comes off a little harsh. There are certainly notes of some funkier yeast in there and maybe some brett. Flavor becomes more complex as it warms. A bit simple but almost flawless.

Sep 5, 2008 Ottima birra di un micro belga che non conoscevo ancora, bevuta all’Irish Pub di Quinto al Mare. Delicata e carezzevole, si sviluppa in bocca con sentori agrumati che mi ricordano un poco la Cuvée des Trolls di Duboisson.

Aug 22, 2008 On tap at Brother Tuckers. Cloudy, yellowish pour with a nice froth head. Aromas of yeast, spices and grains. Flavor is creamy and foamy with bread, yeast, spices, bananas and malt. Nice brew!!!!
